You’re used to holding it together but your mind won’t slow down, and you keep questioning if you’re getting it right.
You don’t have to stay stuck. Therapy can help you find clarity, steadiness, and a stronger sense of self.
Eve Sussman, LICSW/LCSW
Therapist & Founder
I’m a licensed independent clinical social worker who works with adults navigating overthinking, anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional impact of chronic illness.
I don’t see therapy as a one-size-fits-all process. My work is shaped both by clinical training and by my own experience living with chronic health conditions. This gives me a deeper understanding of how much can go unseen and how often it’s misunderstood or minimized. Together, we create space to make sense of what you’re experiencing and find ways to move through it with more steadiness and clarity.
