Starting therapy is a meaningful step and a commitment of time, energy, and resources. I aim to offer work that feels steady, thoughtful, and genuinely useful in your day-to-day life.
Fees & Working Together
After an initial 60 minute intake session, I offer two options for ongoing work: 50-minutes and 90 minutes. Each serves a different purpose, and we will decide together what feels like the best fit for you.
A traditional “therapy hour” can feel either too brief or not quite spacious enough. Offering these two session lengths allows us to be more intentional- whether we’re staying focused and consistent, or creating room for deeper, more immersive sessions when needed.
Sessions
Initial 60-minute intake session — $275
Our first meeting is 60 minutes, to give us time to understand what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. It’s a space for you to get a sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit.
50-minute session — $225
This is the standard format for ongoing therapy. It offers a consistent, contained space to explore what’s coming up, build insight, and create change over time.
90-minute extended session — $400
Extended sessions allow for deeper, more structured work and are often used for Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in OCD treatment. Having more time makes it possible to engage in a full exposure and thoughtfully process both your experiences from the week and what arises in the moment.
Some clients use these regularly, while others incorporate them as needed.
Insurance Information
I am an out-of-network provider. While I don’t bill insurance directly, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
If you’re planning to use out-of-network benefits, it can be helpful to contact your insurance provider ahead of time to understand your coverage.
Checking Your Out-of-Network Benefits
If you’re planning to use out-of-network benefits, I offer a simple tool on this page where you can check your coverage.
It can give you an estimate of your reimbursement and help you understand what to expect before getting started. Many clients find it helpful in making an informed decision about beginning therapy.
Please note that this tool provides estimates only and is not a guarantee of coverage or reimbursement. For the most accurate information, it’s always best to confirm your benefits directly with your insurance provider.
