When your instinct is to live small, let me help you live a big, expansive life.
Services
Therapy and support services are tailored to meet you where you are, whether you're looking to better understand what you're experiencing, find new ways to respond to it, or both.
You may notice…
anxiety is starting to shape your choices—where you go, what you say, or how much space you allow yourself to take up.
living with a chronic illness like celiac disease has added a constant layer of vigilance, and you feel misunderstood by people who don’t see what it takes to navigate it.
that you organize your life around avoiding discomfort, uncertainty, or situations that feel overwhelming.
you want to feel more grounded, feel more at ease in your decisions, and live in a way that feels more open and less restricted.
your mind rarely slows down, and you find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, or getting stuck in spirals.
How I can help:
-
Support for when life feels manageable on the surface, but harder underneath
You might be navigating a transition, feeling stretched by ongoing stress, or noticing patterns in your thoughts, reactions, or relationships that don’t feel easy to change. Even when things seem “fine” from the outside, there can be a steady undercurrent of pressure, self-doubt, or emotional weight.
These experiences don’t have to reach a breaking point to matter.
In therapy, we’ll take the time to understand what’s been building beneath the surface, how your past experiences and current stressors connect, and how they shape the patterns you’re noticing now. From there, we can begin to shift how you respond, so things feel less overwhelming and more manageable over time.
-
Support for the patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of self-doubt and mental spiraling
Overthinking can feel relentless—like your mind won’t slow down, constantly replaying conversations, anticipating what could go wrong, or questioning how you’re coming across. Perfectionism and self-doubt can make even small decisions feel heavy, leaving you stuck in cycles of second-guessing and feeling like you’re not quite enough—especially during times of change, uncertainty, or transition.
In our work together, we’ll begin to make sense of the patterns and narratives that have taken shape over time—especially the ones that leave you questioning yourself or wondering if you measure up. We’ll look at how these patterns may have once served a purpose, and gently explore what’s no longer working. From there, we can begin to shift how you relate to these thoughts, so they have less of a hold on you and less ability to pull you back into the spiral.
-
An approach specifically designed to help you step out of the OCD cycle
You may find yourself having intrusive thoughts that create a surge of anxiety—followed by an urge to do something to feel better. This might look like seeking reassurance, mentally reviewing, avoiding certain situations, or repeating behaviors that bring some temporary relief. But that relief is often short-lived, and over time, it reinforces the sense that the thought was something to be feared. The next time it shows up, the cycle begins again—often more quickly and more intensely.
In our work together, we’ll start by understanding how this cycle is showing up for you. From there, we’ll introduce Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an approach specifically designed for OCD, in a way that feels gradual and collaborative. Rather than starting with your biggest fears, we’ll take it step by step—helping you learn that you don’t have to respond to these thoughts in the same way. Over time, this work allows you to take back your power from OCD and feel less controlled by the patterns that once felt automatic.

Support for the emotional impact of living with chronic illness
Living with chronic health challenges can feel like carrying an invisible weight—constantly planning, explaining, and navigating situations where others don’t fully understand. It can be exhausting, isolating, and anxiety-provoking.
I bring both clinical training and lived experience with autoimmune diseases into this work. You don’t have to explain or minimize what you’re going through. Together, we can create space to process your experience and help you move through life with more ease and confidence.
In addition to therapy, I offer Trust Your Gut Celiac Intensive, a focused, one-week intensive designed to help you navigate the day-to-day realities of living with celiac disease.
If you’ve been recently diagnosed and feel overwhelmed trying to figure out what this means for your life, this provides a clear, structured way to move forward—without spending months piecing things together on your own.
-
Practical guidance for navigating everyday life with celiac disease
In addition to therapy, I offer Trust Your Gut—an educational support program designed to help you navigate the day-to-day realities of living with celiac disease. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or still trying to make sense of it all, this space provides clear, practical guidance so you don’t have to figure it out through trial and error.
Drawing from both lived experience and clinical insight, I support you in understanding what celiac disease means for your life—how to safely navigate food, your environment, relationships, and situations like eating out or traveling. This program is structured in tiers, allowing you to get the support you need at each stage while building confidence and a stronger sense of trust in yourself along the way.
This is a personalized, one-on-one experience designed to help you feel more confident, less overwhelmed, and more able to move through your life with clarity.
